This is an off-road reverse sprint triathlon. The 300-yard pool swim is first, followed by an 8-mile mountain bike ride on the Salt Lake bench above the University of Utah, and at the end is a 5K run around the beautiful University of Utah Campus. A 5K-only option is also available.
