Event locations will span the beautiful coast of California from San Diego to Malibu. The June 18th Event in Huntington Beach will be host to the USAT Western Qualifier for Aquathlon World Championships and the top four in each age group will earn a slot to represent the USA at Aquathlon Worlds in Switzerland. This event has been voted the Best 5k Running Event and Best Water/Swim Event for the past two years by Competitor Magazine & Los Angeles Sports & Fitness Magazine. What makes this event unique? Composed of six weekend events, there are multiple race venues throughout Southern California that attract a variety of athletes. Amateur and professional athletes compete at 6 events from San Diego to Ventura for prize money and the illustrious title of King/Queen of the Beach. This series also offers a more casual training event on Thursday Evenings, attracting hundreds of amateur athletes and recreational runners and walkers.

The NAACP “3rd Annual Silicon Valley E-Race Racism” Family Fun Run & Walk brings together friends, family, adults and children to make our vision reality! Walk, run, or jog for equality! This event will also raise awareness about the need for healthy lifestyles and exercise, disease prevention, health care professions and training, and youth and elderly health issues in communities of color. Additionally this event will raise money for the NAACP’s youth development programs which teach tolerance, healthy lifestyles and leadership development.
