Professional Experience 2011 - Present TechMetals Dayton, Ohio Maintenance & Project Manager 2009 - 2011 Kentucky Chrome Works Horse Cave, Ky Plant Manager Responsible for Design and Installation of a startup plating and polishing facility supplying General Motors. After successfully completing the project within Nine months, my responsibilities Included hiring and training a complete management and supervision staff. Responsible for managing plant operations, including; Plating, Polishing, Quality Systems, Water Treatment, Environmental, Safety and Health. 2007 - 2009 DAW Industries Dayton Ohio Plating Consultant 2004- 2006 The PlateRite Company Dayton, Ohio Plant Manager Responsible for managing all plant operations including Production, Polishing, Plating, Quality, Quality Systems, Production, Scheduling, Personnel, Training, Plating, Chemistry, Waste Treatment. Responsibilities also include managing Environmental Systems, Water and Air permitting, Safety, Health and Hazard Communication Programs. 2001 - 2004 Dayton Alloy Wheel Dayton Ohio Manager of Production and Process Plating & Polishing Promoted to Manager of Production and Process. Responsible for all Production and Process operations including Production, Scheduling, Personnel, Training, Plating, Chemistry, Polishing, Waste Treatment and Research and Development.
