It's time to get on board for the best two day bike ride in New Jersey. The "Coast The Coast" is one of the premier cycling events in our area. Become one of the 1,600 cyclist that will coast along the Jersey Shore and enjoy a weekend of fun and fitness. Choose from one of four rides: MS 170 - Challenge yourself... enjoy the miles of seaside communities along with the exhilarating satisfation of completing 170 miles at the Cape May Coast Guard Station. MS 85 Sat. - Enjoy the camaraderie of your friends, teammates and familyr for a day of cycling or challenge yourself to a century. End at the Pinelands for a well deserved dinner. MS 85 Sun. only - Enjoy the second half of a two day breathtaking scenic ride. Start at Pinelands and complete your ride at the Coast Guard Station in Cape May where you will enjoy the beauty of the coastline and a delicious barbecue. MS 50 - Sat. - Sit back and enjoy the scenery... This ride will tak you through beautiful beach front towns and bring you back to Monmouth University where you will enjoy a well deserved lunch. MS 25 - Sat. only - Twenty Five miles of the beauty.... ride throuh beach front towns and stop at Belmar Gazebo for a rest then continue back to Monmouth University for a delicious lunch.

The Ride for Autism is a recreational tour that travels through scenic central New Jersey, starting and finishing at Brookdale Community College (765 Newman Springs Road) in Lincroft. The event is designed by the Jersey Shore Touring Society bicycle club and participants can choose from seven routes ranging in length from 7 to 100 miles. Rest stops and SAG support are provided on all routes. All proceeds benefit the New Jersey Center for Outreach and Services for the Autism Community (COSAC) -- a nonprofit agency providing information and advocacy, services, family & professional education, and consultation since 1965.
