This event is under the direction of the Columbia Triathlon Association, Inc., and is sure to be first class. This event includes: · A 1K swim, 30K bike and 5K run course through beautiful Centennial Park. Bordering the community of Columbia and the surrounding rolling farmlands, Centennial Park is a perfect course for seasoned athletes and novices alike. · Live music throughout the race, Waterford Crystal awards for professional and age group champions, limited edition Iron Girl performance wicking shirts sized just-for-women for all participants and much more. · A Women’s Health and Fitness Expo as well as a seminar focused on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
