Here is a before picture when I was 170 pounds and then a picture of me 123 pounds.

I lost almost 50 pounds in just 3 months. No diet pills what so ever. All natural. I done the low calorie diet and exercised regularly 5-6 days a week. I ran a average of 10-15 miles a week along with other exercises. So this is my weight loss story. I hope it will help inspire others that you can loose the weight and you do not need diet pills.
