Beijing's Hash hosted the GWM Recovery Run in 2001 year with nearly 200 participants traveling through the Temple of Heaven Park, Beijing, China. The response was so great, Beijing's Hash has again contacted Swiss Piss and Interloper, tour organizers, to be a part of their 1000th Run Celebration in May 2002. The Great Wall Marathon, Half-Marathon Tour includes 10-14 days programs with an optional 2day trip to Xian to view the Terracotta Warriors or the Yangtze River Cruise Extension. Tour programs include air/land from West Coast cities (Los Angeles or San Francisco), tours to Forbidden City, Summer Palace, Temple of heaven, Tiananmen Square, event fee, event t-shirt, medal, gala dinner and transportation and transfers starting from $1690.00.
