Monday:  3.5 Miles Treadmill 8:13 Pace
Tuesday: 3 Miles Twin Creek Trail / 27:02 / 95

Wednesday: 3 Miles Twin Creek Trail / 26:14 / 90
° and Humid
Thursday: 6.25 Miles Treadmill / 8:34 Pace
Friday: 6.5 Miles Treadmill / 8:00 Pace
Saturday: 4.2 Miles Twin Creek Trail / 43:19 / 85
° and 55% Humidity

Total miles for the week: 32.75 miles

Weight: 216 lbs 26.5% fat.  Finally a good week.  This was my best week since the first week in June.  I also gained 3 lbs this week.

Week Ending September 15th, 2007

Sunday:  7.25 Miles Treadmill / 8:57 Pace
Monday:  10K road course / Rand easy 59:49 / 85° and 60% Humidity
Tuesday: 5.5 Miles Treadmill 1.0 Incline / 7:30 Pace
Wednesday: 6.2 Miles Twin Creek Trail / 62:03 / 73
° felt cool for a change.
Thursday: 7 Miles Germantown Reserve Trail / Ran a comfortable pace and really felt strong.  I could have been well under 70:00 and finished in 72:55 / 80
° but felt good / Current running streak is 13 Days For 68 Miles. / Weight today was 217 lbs and 26% body fat.
Friday: 6 Miles Treadmill 1.0 incline / 7:30 pace
Saturday: 6.75 10k trail course / good run temperature cooled down 65

Total miles for the week: 45 miles Best week in years

Weight: 217 lbs 26.5% fat.  back to back good weeks.  Still gaining weight.

Week Ending September 22nd, 2007

Sunday: 7 Miles Germantown Trail Course / 69:09  Ran hard was hoping for a faster time.
Monday: 3 miles Twin Creek Course / 80

Tuesday: 10k Road Course / 85
° Humid / 8:52 Pace
Wednesday: 2.5 Summer Series 2.5 Mile Race / 18:19  Almost 2 minutes slower than the last series race in July.
Thursday: 9 Miles 4.2 mile trail course & 4.8 mile walkathon / Really hot and Humid.
Friday:  4.2 Miles Twin Creek Course / Felt good until the last mile.  The heat and Humidity hit me and slowed me way down. / 38:46
Saturday: Off

Total miles for the week: 35 miles

Weight: 212 lbs 26% fat.  Ended a Great Streak of 20 days for 114 miles.

Thursday: 7 Miles Germantown Trail Course / Died on the hills but still a good time.  / 68:39
Friday:  4.2 Miles Twin Creek Trail Course / PR for Course by 7 seconds / 36:11
Saturday:  10K Twin Creek Trail Course / Ran good until last 2 miles.  Just hit the wall and had nothing left / 60:25

October 1st
Sunday: 4.2 Miles Twin Creek Trail Course / Sore and low on energy ran easy / 42:29

Total miles for the week: 35 miles  Total for Month: 151 Total For Year: 997

Weight: 211 lbs 25.5% fat.  Slowly losing the weight I gained over the summer.  Times are almost back to where I was earlier this year
