Women's Center We Can Do It! Women's 5k Run/Walk/Roll

5K Run/Walk/Roll to benefit the Women's Center of Greater Lansing, Inc.

Course will follow the paved pedestrian pathway in and around Central and Nancy Moore Park.

Race course is USATF certified.

Chipped Timed

Awards to top three places in each division.

Packet Pick-up at Playmakers in Okemos on Saturday, June 2 from 2 to 5 p.m or on race day.

Although this is a women's only race, we encourage men to participate by cheering on their family and friends.

Come on out for a fun day!

$20 before June 3rd ($25 on race day)

Waiver of Participation

ADULT AUTHORIZATION FOR EMERGENCY & ROUTINE MEDICAL TREATMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, give my permission to Women’s Center of Lansing, it’s volunteers, employees, and representatives, to obtain or provide such emergency or routine medical treatment for me as they, in the exercise of their discretion, deem necessary or appropriate while I participate in any activity offered by the Women’s Center of Lansing. Further, in consideration of the Women’s Center of Lansing making this available to me, I, for myself, and anyone claiming under or through me, hereby release and discharge the Women’s Center of Lansing, its employees, representatives and volunteers from all liability, claims, demands, and actions, regardless of kind of character, connected with, arising out of, or in any way participation in such activity.

ADULT CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEOTAPE & DISSEMINATE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, hereby consent to being photographed/videotaped while participating in any activity offered by the Women’s Center of Lansing. In addition, I consent to the reproduction and use of any such photographs and videotapes by the Women’s Center of Lansing for educational, public relations and promotional purposes and I waive any claim by myself, or anyone claiming under or through me, for compensation of any kind in exchange for photographs, videotapes and use.
