Proceeds of this event will be donated to CASE cares. CASE cares in a non-profit organization that provides safe playgrounds and ball fields to disabled children.

Obstacle Course:

A 3 mile course with challenging obstacles

Obstacles to include, 70 foot hill climb, farmers walk, cargo net bear crawl and army crawl, log leap, water obstacles, monster tires and climbing walls

Registration:

$40 until June 1st, $45 from June 2nd thru August 18th, and $50 on race day!

Registration includes technical tee shirt and finisher medals. Registrations before August 3rd are guaranteed a t-shirt.

Awards:

Everyone will receive a finisher’s medal; top three places in each age group will receive an award.

18-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and up

Waiver of Participation

ADULT AUTHORIZATION FOR EMERGENCY & ROUTINE MEDICAL TREATMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, give my permission to Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township, it’s volunteers, employees, and representatives, to obtain or provide such emergency or routine medical treatment for me as they, in the exercise of their discretion, deem necessary or appropriate while I participate in any activity offered by the Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township. Further, in consideration of the Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township making this available to me, I, for myself, and anyone claiming under or through me, hereby release and discharge the Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township, its employees, representatives and volunteers from all liability, claims, demands, and actions, regardless of kind of character, connected with, arising out of, or in any way participation in such activity.

ADULT CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEOTAPE & DISSEMINATE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, hereby consent to being photographed/videotaped while participating in any activity offered by the Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township. In addition, I consent to the reproduction and use of any such photographs and videotapes by the Total Health Chiropractic and Dewitt Township for educational, public relations and promotional purposes and I waive any claim by myself, or anyone claiming under or through me, for compensation of any kind in exchange for photographs, videotapes and use.
