I purchased the car brand new in April of 2006, 19 months ago. That's
still only 16,800 miles per year on average. It has been driven locally
only with the occasional weekend trip to east or west Texas. Has never
been out of state.
I am the sole owner with a clear title and no lien. I have the title in
hand. The car's oil only needs to be changed every 7200 miles. It has
had all of its oil changes and the car will let you know when to change
it. I have had no mechanical problems with it all. It is a fine car and
gets about 36 miles per gallon on average. With the current gas prices,
it takes about $26 to fill up and will take you about 300 miles. There
are the usual car door dings on the side from careless people in the
parking lots.
About 6 months ago, I had the insurance company replace the windshield
because of a rock that hit it on the highway.
This is the Sport edition of the FIT. There are two types of Fits,
regular and Sport.
