The YMCA Middletown Street Striders Club organizes and promotes all aspects of running and walking, including the education of the public to the benefits of running and walking which include improving and maintaining good health.
   
The club is headquartered at the Middletown Area Family YMCA Branch of the Great Miami Valley YMCA. Membership to the club is open to everyone, but is not necessary to participate in club-sponsored events.

Membership dues are $10 for a one-year single or family membership, and $5 for a youth (under 18).


Some of the many benefits of membership are:
** A Quarterly Newsletter
** Summer Series (2.5 mile races in Smith Park) $2 for members and students/$5 for nonmembers/$1 ages 60+
** Educ ** Educational Programs
** Organize Annual “Sweetheart Shuffle” 5K
** Annual Christmas Social or Yearly Party
** Monthly Business Meetings Open to All Members
