STEPS TO SAFETY Group

All participants meet at White Course Drive parking lot, near the Penn State campus entrance on North Atherton Street. The race is off-road, on the PSU golf course jogging path. Pre-registration will be held Saturday, October 20, 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the Penn State Federal Credit Union Building, 1937 N. Atherton St., State College. Race-day registration begins at 12:30 PM. Event starts at 1:30 PM

Please notify garysmith@runwalkjog.com if you experience problems with online registration. For online registration a processing fee of $3.00 will be added to the registration fee for each family. Non Family Teams will be charged $1.00 per participant.

Please note: To participate in the race, each team or family member must provide a signed release agreeing to the terms of the following conditions.

*EACH participant must provide a signature to certify the following statement (Parent must sign if runner is under 18 years old): I understand that my participation in the Steps To Safety 5K walk/run is completely voluntary, and I release the Centre County Women’s Resource Center and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury to me which may result from my participation.

Waiver: I understand that the release must be signed by each Family or Team member and returned prior to participating in the Steps to Safety 5K Event. Print out and bring the signed waiver to pre-registration on the 20th or to the race. You must have the form completed and turned in prior to event start.
