Return Policy

1)  If you are not satisfied with products received from RunWalkJog.com we will refund the complete amount of purchase not including original shipping or return shipping.

 

2)  All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt of package. 

3)  All products must be in new condition (meaning unused and unwashed) to qualify.  

 

4)  Glow Products that are sold in bulk tubes of 50 may be returned within 30 days.  There is no restocking fee if you return your order and shipping is not refundable.  Glow products must be returned in the same condition as received.  Each tube returned must be sealed and unopened. Breakage -These items are very fragile. Most orders are received without any damage. Even though the best precautions are taken to avoid any damage, it sometimes does occur. We will replace broken items over a 5% loss.

5)  Shipping and handling including original shipping  is to be paid by customer. 

 

Credit Card Information

1)  RunWalkJog.com will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2)  RunWalkJog will use the latest SSL technologies to ensure credit card information is secure.  We currently are using secure sites provided by www.RTware.net and www.cart32.com  

3) Credit cards will be billed as RunWalkJog.com.
