I'm listing this car as a Fixer Upper or a Parts Car.
The car has the following problems:
1) The rear main crank seal leaks, requires about 3qts between oil
changes
2) It has a very small external coolant leak on the front head gasket,
it leaks about 1qt anti-freeze between oil changes.
3) On hot summer days the engine will stall for no reason, it usually
starts back up, sets no codes, and runs fine.
4) It is due for front brakes and right side wheel bearing is starting
to get noisey.
It has had regular oil changes, the following repairs have already been
made.
1) Transmission has been professionaly rebuilt with all the updated
seals, and spider gear pins. Rebuilt at 122,000 I changed the oil and
filter at 170,000.
2) I replaced both lower control arms and trac links at 170,000
3) New water pump, timing belt, and cam seals at 165,000.
4) New rear brakes and slave cylinders at 155,000.
5) New outer tie rod ends at 122,000.
I was still driving this car 400 miles a week just as described up
untill I replaced it. The car runs and drives just fine, you buy it and
you drive it home. I'm a tech and I've owned this car for seven years I
bought it with only 75,000 miles on it.
Car has following options:
1) Premium stereo system with factory Amp, non cd player
2) Leather seats
3) Six way power drivers seat, works great!
4) 2.5 liter Mitsibeshe engine
5) A/C works great!
6) Power locks, Power windows.
7) Aluminum alloy wheels.
The tires are about 50% Kelly Chargers, all matching. The car has the
typical rust problems, more pictures availible upon request. Local
pickup only.
I was going to keep this car for a winter beater but my family tells me
I don't need two cars. I figure it will make some one a good car or if
you need a good rebuilt trans.
