Cody is a real sweet horse looking for someone with experience to give him a new start in life. He is doing very well recovering from an abusive owner. I've been working with him in Natural Horsemanship / Clinton Anderson style. He has excellent breeding which lead to his purchase by a barrel racer who wanted to get him to the national Futurity. This was his downfall, as when they took a crop to the young horse he learned to buck his rider off. He has been saddled and riden, but needs time and a lot of desensitizing. He'll make someone a great partner someday if he is treated fairly. He is brave on the ground not spooky, ties, clips, stands quiet for the farrier, is good with other horses and deserves a second chance. I just don't have the time to work with him on a daily basis. Too many other horses... So if you want a life time partner call...Price reflects his need for training. Come meet him you'll fall in love.
