1998 48 ' TRIPLE AXLE US CARGO
Concession Trailer
Trailer is a 1998 U.S. Cargo triple axle, 8' wide and 9' ceiling.
There are 2 10' flip up awning windows on the right side. Both of these
windows are screened. The front window has a sliding glass serving
window built into the screened window frame. There is a right side
storage area accessible from the outside. Fold down rear ramp door for
easy equipment removal. Left side walk in door, left side gooseneck
access door, and two roof vents. Trailer is equipped with 2 roof top air
conditioning units, dual front 2 speed jacks, outside electrical outlets
and 2 halogen flood lamps o the right side which are recessed flush into
the side of the trailer. Trailer has 6 new 235-85-R16 14 ply tires. The
gooseneck area is home to the fresh water storage, water heater, water
pump, and still has alot of capacity for storage of additional items.
Hitch on the trailer is a 2 5/16 gooseneck.
Pull truck is a 1992 International 4900 series. The truck has a rebuilt
466 diesel engine, air brakes and a 10 speed transmission. This truck
has a sleeper on it that has been converted to 2 seats and a small
table. It is very handy for employees to ride in going to events. There
are also storage areas on both sides accessible from the outside. It has
been a very dependable truck for us.
Mounted on the truck is a Generac 15,000 watt (17500) surge watt
generator that has the capacity to power everything in the trailer. It
is powered by a 30 hp Generac Gasoline engine.
BUILT INTO THE TRAILER:
* 55 gal propane tank mounted under the gooseneck area and
professionally plumbed under the trailer into the equipment area. this
tank has the large fill connection so it can be filled from a propane
truck. It also has a guage that can be easily seen.
* 120 gal fresh water storage in gooseneck area equipped w/ 120 volt on
demand pump system,
* 30 gal electric hot water heater
* 180 gal gray water storage in rear of trailer. this meets health codes
of 1.5 times the fresh water storage area.
* 10' Built in cabinet space w/ stainless steel counter top in front of
10' screened in serving window area. also in this area is a S/S hand
sink.
*Additional 15' stainless steel counter space w/ undershelf in front of
rear 10' screened in window area. This counter has a drop in 4 hole
electric steam table unit in it.
* There are two electrical breaker panels. one 50 amp and one 30 amp.
* A 20' stainless steel exhaust hood over the equipment area w/ 2 roof
top exhaust blowers.

*Vulcan 12 burner Range w/ 2 convection ovens
* Blodgett Double Stack Convection Oven
* 5' Magicator Chargrill
* 30# Pitco deep fryer
* Space for additional fryer (removed)
* Two door reach in cooler unit
* Berkel Mixer on S/S Equipment Stand
* Chest type Freezer
* 3 hole S/S commercial sink with Dual Drainboards
* 2 - 4' Plastic Coated wire shelving racks for pot/pan storage
* Built in 4 hole steam Table
This trailer was converted into a mobile kitchen / concession unit in
November, 2003. It has served us well. We have expanded our operation
now into a full service restaurant and are no longer have the time to
operate this unit to it's potential.
We mainly used this trailer for large catering jobs. It is really
impressive to be able to pull onsite and prepare a large meal that can
be served fresh. Food is always better if it can be served within
minutes of final preparation and not transported several miles to an
event.
This trailer also has the capacity to serve concessions at public
events. We ony used it in this capacity at a few local events each year.
With this trailer you have the ability to serve very large amounts of
people anywhere they wish to have their event. You need no water or
power services. However, if those services are available, the hook ups
are on the trailer to utilize both. The power cords can be plugged into
outside power outlets instead of the generator. Approximately 100' of
power cords are included with the trailer to be able to park away from
the power source. There is also a water hook up on the left side of the
trailer to connect a hose to. It has a backflow preventer built into
this line. If you read the description of the trailer you probably
noticed the fresh water storage capacity. Water storage capacity and
sink capacity is one of the largest problems with most mobile units.
With this unit you have ample amounts of water and a large commercial
sink to wash dishes and clean up items properly.
The trailer can be purchased separately from the pull truck if you have
your own truck. The generator will go with the trailer unless not
wanted. The truck will not be sold separately until the trailer is sold.
Generator not sold separately unless not sold with trailer.
This is a ONE OF A KIND unit and has UNLIMITED POTENTIAL. We live in a
small community in a very rural area and have done very well with this
unit. Imagine what you could do with it in a large metropolitan area or
if you were to travel. I have other employment and am not able to travel
