You are bidding on a 2005 custom Wells Cargo BBQ Concession Trailer.
This trailer is custom built with the exception of the Locomotive
BBQ/Smoker mounted on the rear patio. This is probably the most unique
BBQ/Smoker Concession Trailer in the USA at the present. The Locomotive
BBQ/Smoker was originally built by a gentleman who also built the first
of these for Country Western Star Buck Owens in Bakersfield, California.
That BBQ/Smoker is still inside Buck Owens Crystal Palace on display
today.
This unit is 8.5 X 35 foot. It is fully self contained and meets all
California Health Codes which are stricter and higher requirements than
any other state I can think of. It has enough power capabilities (2- 50
amp, 120V/240 volt) to meet anything you want to add to it over and
above what it already has. It comes with a 7750 watt portable generator.
It also has A/C for those hot summer days. It has a Cold Tech Commercial
Refrigerator with 3 doors refrigerator and 1 door freezer. It comes with
a SS work table to slice meat as well as a 3 compartment steam table
with prep area. Everything is NSF Certified. The 3 compartment sink has
30 gallon fresh water and 40 gallon gray water tank. It has patio lights
and outside night lights as well.
I have had this trailer for 3 years now, done many private events,
special events including events @ River Palms Casino in Laughlin, Nevada
and Buffalo Bill’s Casino at Primm, Nevada preparing lunch for 900
people. I thought I would have more time to devote to playing around
doing BBQ’s, but I am not getting any younger. This trailer has the
ability if you like to travel the circuit, do special events or even
fine a good location set it up permanently. Everyone from a small child
to the older folks loves to have this trailer at their function. If you
