proof of deposit, you will be issued a bidder card with which you must

Reserve:
This property has a minimum reserve price set, meaning, that the Seller
has determined a price in which they will accept as a minimum. This
price is non-published. Should bidding fail to meet or exceed the
reserve price, the Seller has the legal right to refuse to sell. During
bidding, once the reserve price has been met, the auctioneer will
announce such and state that the property will certainly be sold on that

There will be a buyer's premium set at 8% for this auction. That means
that the total purchase price for the home will be the highest bid plus
