This will be a 3-day sale; Sat. May 23rd and Mon. May 25th for the
personal property and Sat. May 30th for the Real Estate and office
furniture. The first Saturday sale will consist of furniture,
collectables, paintings and pictures, books, lots of other miscellaneous
merchandise and box lots. Be sure to review the photo galleries for all
the sales.
The firearms, tools and sporting equipment will be sold on Monday, May
25th.
Rest rooms are available. We will have a food vendor on site.
TERMS: Cash or good check on sale day before removing merchandise.
DIRECTIONS: From Johnson City, take US 11E North to Piney Flats. At the
2nd traffic light, turn right onto Industrial Park Rd. The sale site is
at the top of the hill. From Bristol, take US 11E South to Piney Flats.
At the first traffic light, turn left onto Industrial Park Rd. From
Elizabethton, take US 19E to US 11E South. Follow directions above.
Watch for Auction signs.
Announcements made on sale day take precedence over all others.
