that we receive before the sale will be photographed and placed on our
website.

Davis and Sons Auction Company are pleased to announce the location of
our new state of the art Auction facility located in Boiling Springs,
SC. This location will give both the buyers and consigners easy access
to major highways and airports.
This 4200+ sq ft facility will provide us with more than adequate room
for even the largest personal property, estate sale, or antique auction.
Chosen not only for the location but also the comfort and conveniences
it has to offer the auction buyer. Conveniences such as an elevated
stage, two large roll up doors, level parking, handicapped-accessible
restrooms/parking and full concession stand selling popcorn, hotdogs,
drinks, candy, FREE COFFEE and a Closed Circuit TV system will been
installed for viewing small items as they sell.
With our new state of the art Video Camera System and 24/7 monitored
security, you can be assured all items are secure and protected before,
during, and after the auction.
If quick service is what you need, we have the equipment and manpower to
pickup and move any size estate on just about any time frame with our
trucks, trailers and storage facility. We can accommodate the most
unexpected circumstances.
