Real Estate Inspections: Thursday, March 4 & Thursday, March 11 from 1
p.m. ' 4 p.m. & Friday, March 19 from 12 noon ' 2 p.m.
Terms: Real Estate - 20% deposit due at the auction by cash, cashier's
check, personal or company check accompanied by a Bank Letter of
Guarantee, with the balance due at closing. A 5% buyer's premium will
apply. Disclaimer & Lead Paint ' Homes built prior to 1978 may contain
lead based paint. Buyers have the option to test for lead based paint at
the buyer's expense prior to the auction. Personal Property - Balance
due in full at the auction by cash, cashier's check, personal or company
check accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee. A 10% buyer's premium
