items to determine the final sales price.
* 6% Kentucky State Sales Tax will be added to the final sales price on
all applicable items, unless the purchaser is tax exempt and has a
certificate on file with The Lancaster Agency, Inc.
* Cash or equivalent to be presented as payment the day of the auction.
* NOTE: All items are being sold AS IS.
