1969 Porsche 912 (yes, 1969 Porsche 912) Won in a raffle in Bisbee, AZ.
Drawing flyer stated: “69,000 original miles; flawless body & paint;
like new interior; spotless engine & trunk; 5 speed; 5 new tires; new
brakes & carbs; fresh tune-up; rust free Arizona car.” This is a good
description. The car is bright red and comes with a custom bra and car
cover. I won it and it certainly is great fun and delightful to drive
but I can not afford such an indulgence, on my limited monthly income.
Oldcarspriceguide.net (in the June 2007 magazine) suggests prices as low
as $1.000 and as high at $24,000. The car is neither extreme, but
