this is the place for you. It has 2 slides opening it to 12 feet x 38

underpinned and tied down AND has metal awnings that can be closed over
the windows when you leave! It has a nice deck and patio that come with
furniture. The lot rent is paid until July 2008 and annual will run
$2,700. It is a very nice place in a small, quiet park (only has about
22 campers) and it is on a HUGE lot. Located across from the
intercoastal waterway with seasonal views! It is less than 5 miles to
grocery, fine dining, fast food, laundry and boat ramps. It is 10 miles
to emerald isle beach and 1/2 mile to the hammocks beach state park
ferry. We have bought a 5th wheel so we are motivated to sell this.
