this trailer has been kept immaculate and used approximately 6 times in
5 years of ownership! We have to pay property taxes so we need to sell

Paid $3,950 in 03' and used 2 x’s in Santa Cruz mountains, 2 x’s in Pine
Crest and 1 x in Tahoe and 1 x at Bodega Bay! We just haven’t used it
enough to justify keeping it!
I am offering this awesome trailer for almost half of what we paid for
it! I am really gonna miss it but we have bills to pay!

2 pull down beds/storage-1 er the dining table, 1 over the queen
Some wear on the sofa cover due to age
