Additional information : I have owned this boat for 10 years and the previous owner had it for 7 years. The previous Phoenix owner kept the boat in enclosed dry storage at Lake Powell. I kept the boat at Lake Pleasant using a boat lift and mooring cover. As a result, the original seat covers are still in good condition. The boat has always been in fresh water.

Both myself and the previous owner were private pilots who also owned light aircraft. Aircraft are required to obtain annual inspections and maintenance. This discipline was also practiced by both of us on this boat. Every year the boat received both required and preventive maintenance by a professional boat mechanic. As a result, the boat never left me at the dock due to an equipment failure.

Annual inspection compression tests indicated that the readings between cylinders was starting to spread in 1999. In 2000, a top end was performed in which new hardened valves were installed. At the same time, other extensive preventive maintenance was performed such as rebuilding and replacing tilt and trim tab motors, etc.

In 2002, new interior carpet, headliner, and upholstery were installed. New exterior carpet and bimini were installed outside.

Last year, new tires and bunks were installed on the trailer. The trailer was also repainted.
